PRP Land Construction originated from Premier Ranch Properties, or PRP for short. PRP is my ranch real estate brokerage company that I founded in 2005. Before PRP, I practiced commercial real estate in Austin, TX between 1999-2005. Being an avid outdoorsman, I found myself drawn towards rural land sales. It became my passion.

After ten years of primarily selling ranches throughout Texas, I began to purchase larger tracts of land, developing them into smaller parcels. Improving the land became my primary focus of their development.

There is where honed and sharpened my knowledge of land construction–site work and utilities, road construction, retention ponds, water crossings/dams, fencing, custom entrances, etc. Soon afterwards, I established PRP Land Construction, LLC to do land development and construction for third parties, as well as my own projects. Today, PRP Land Construction has projects stretched all over Texas.
